八棺索财

　　一个商业酒店因为三起离奇死亡案件被社会各界所关注，一时间流言四起，有人说这是蓄意谋杀，也有人认为纯属意外，甚至网络上有神人称酒店施工曾挖出八具棺材，地形暗合了一个叫“八棺索财”的道家阵法。记者苏莉、女网红与其老公陈宇天，两拨看似不相干的人组成奇葩小分队，一起走进诡异酒店，等着他们的，是福还是祸？

惊魂记1960

 年轻的马里恩·克兰（珍妮特·利 饰）在Phoenix工作，深受老板洛厄里（沃恩·泰勒 饰）信任。男友萨姆·卢米斯（约翰·加文 饰）在Fairvale经营一家五金店，因要替亡父还债又要支付前妻赡养费而无力再婚，只能借出差的机会偶尔来与马里恩幽会。马里恩对此感到不满，于是在周五下午趁机携四万美元公款驾车潜逃。可是马里恩的潜逃之路并不顺利：先是在出城的时候被洛厄里目击，周六一大早又被警察怀疑。花了七百美元以旧车换新车之后，马里恩继续忐忑地行驶。入夜后，天降大雨，视线模糊，无法行驶，马里恩只得将车泊入路边的贝茨汽车旅馆投宿。老板诺尔曼（安东尼·珀金斯 饰）十分友善，试图邀请马里恩到家里共进晚餐，可惜被凶恶的母亲粗暴阻止，只得将晚餐端至旅馆客厅。马里恩在客厅一边进餐一边与诺尔曼交谈，终于决定周日返回Phoenix。用餐完毕，马里恩回房沐浴。这时，一个老妇的身影突然出现在卫生间……

奇迹男孩

 奥吉（雅各布·特瑞布雷 Jacob Tremblay 饰）是一个10岁的男孩，除了头戴一个巨大的太空头盔外，他和其他的同年龄孩子别无二致。头盔下隐藏了奥吉因为各种手术而伤痕累累的脸庞，它不仅完美的隐藏起了奥吉脆弱自卑的内心，也成功的防止了奥吉的模样吓到别的孩子。奥吉没有上过学，他的所有文化知识都是母亲伊莎贝尔（朱莉娅·罗伯茨 Julia Roberts 饰）在家教授给他的。然而，伊莎贝尔渐渐感觉到，家庭课堂无法满足奥吉的成长需要，除了学习知识，奥吉还必须学会的，是如何同除了家人以外的人交流。在忧虑重重之中，伊莎贝尔将奥吉送入了一间公立学校里，在那里，奥吉面临的是他人生中必须要战胜的挑战。

等待方舟

　　Set in an underground dungeon inhabited by bundled, ragged human beings, after the nuclear holocaust. The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart.　　Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory?　　n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in.　　What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts.　　On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired.　　One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places.　　Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.

狄仁杰之彼岸奇花

　　狄武周天授元年，岭南潞州城司马孔成业迷恋修道炼丹，传闻找到了长生不老丹的药方，只缺一味名叫彼岸花的奇草。传言这是来自地狱的死亡之花，常年生长在坟冢幽谷之中，能致人产生幻觉，中幻觉者如妖邪附体般，发狂发癫，死状凄惨。　　孔成业发出悬赏，采到彼岸花者，赏百金。山民猎户等纷纷进山寻找，连孔成业也带人到处扒坟冢、探幽谷。忙活的孔成业突然惨死，死前发狂。连他的几名参军也死相极惨，都说孔成业采到了彼岸花，被妖邪附身杀死，闹得满城风雨。潞州刺史陆英杰上报朝廷，恰逢狄仁杰巡查岭南诸州，女皇武则天命其前往潞州，全权调查此案.。

最佳女婿

　　美发师纪阿开（张学友）、服装设计师大眼龙（莫少聪）和风水师赖布丁（周星驰）三个死党合伙开了一家新潮美发店，不料开业当天就与隔壁理发店老板发生争执，幸得店老板女儿亚英（张敏）及时出手风波平息，过程中，三人皆被亚英魅力吸引，为赢其芳心，开始频频登其家门献殷勤。　　某次晚餐聚会后，三人烂醉与亚英误睡一室，导致亚英怀孕，为与亚英一起生活，三人争先恐后将准父亲一职往自己身上揽，又因三人血型相同，医院也无法验出谁在冒名，亚英父母决定先考察三人表现，为争当最佳女婿，三人使尽浑身解数展开激烈角逐。
