　　小女孩Aurora(Sloan)去寻求邻居(米科尔森)的帮助：她相信家人被住在自己床底下的一个妖怪吃掉了，而这个邻居恰巧是训练有素的杀手，并且确信Aurora的父母是被一群来杀自己的人给误杀，于是，杀手的第一要务变成了保护小女孩的安全，两人一起上路，并肩面对自身的恶魔。

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

　　在首尔求学的女大学生康喜真（南相美 饰）每日奔波劳碌，疲惫不堪。这日她接到母亲的电话，竟得知妹妹邵真（沈恩京 饰）失踪，下落不明。她匆匆赶回老家，然而母亲执迷不悟，以为只靠虔诚的祈祷邵真就能返回家中。面对母亲的麻木，喜真只得报警，但警官泰焕（柳承龙 饰）只将其当作一般的离家出走处理。　　不久，一个女子在喜真家的窗前吊颈并坠楼而死。泰焕从死者房间找到一封遗书，其中甚至提到邵真的名字。泰焕无法从喜真母亲那里得到任何线索，只得从小区管理员那里探知线索。却得知邵真竟一曾被鬼附身，整个案件开始朝着诡异的方向发展……
