早期朝鲜国有一所非常有名的风月场所，名叫“梅月党”，是由不同风姿的妓女组成，她们各有姿色－－沈香，清纯心爱，但多嘴爱吵；春香，最会扮纯真，朝鲜第一虚荣王；诺诗，妖艷豪放，为党内次席花魁；奈美子，艺者出身，超级舞后；月香，入行13年，为首席花魁。这些女子各有性技，颠倒众生。朝鲜内的大臣都喜到此流连，一尝温顺香。在歌舞升平下，忽然发作一宗新奇命案，党内的一名杂工被杀，从此，梅月党便在香豔生活中泛起了波纹……
